I wanna like this app, I love the shows but the same 7-10 commercials over and over again in each of the 4 commercial breaks is extremely annoying and super trashy. I/3 of these shows are just ads. As if watching this many commercials isn’t awful enough some play 3 times in a row. Worst tv app I have by far. I see the developers responding that it’s the same time ads as TV, which may be true but this app only plays the same ones over and over. I saw the exact same Nissan commercial 8 times in one program. TV Does not force 1-2 products down your throat over and over for months. So please explain that. It’s gross. Anyways I give up on this app. Deleting and won’t even bother using anymore.

Every time I want to watch a show if I have not been in the app for a day or so I have to reactivate it. It’s annoying to reactivate every time.

Good except one problem

I recently downloaded the app and watched it for a few hours with almost no issues. The one thing that bugged me is that I wanted to use it on Chromecast but every time I hit the cast button the app would crash. I would very much like to use this feature and would appreciate a fix. Thank you.

My favorite app is now usable again after apple update caused it to not work. Back to watching all the true crime I can fit into a day!

I am able to login with my cable provider on the website but the app continuously gives me an error message, rendering the app essentially unusable.

I love the content of the programs, but the repetitive ads are obnoxious. The commercial breaks happen way to often and the same commercial will repeat itself up to five times during each commercial break. It is not uncommon to see just one commercial during a 60 minute program up to 25 times. I can assure you that after being hounded by so many ads, that I am not going to be purchasing anything from Domino’s Pizza, following some politicians or watch ESPN. The absolute worst ad ever was from the woman from Bridesmaids and Saturday Night Live talking about her smelly vagina. I’d also like to mention the ads for the reality TV show where a group of trashy people scream at each other. I eventually just turned it off.

I’m seriously about to delete this app. That ad with the women screaming, I think the show has fiancé in the title, is horrific. They play it multiple times in a commercial break, and it enrages me for some reason. The shrill fighting just pierces your ear drum. I will never watch that show, and it makes me want to not watch IDgo.

Edit in response to the developers reply- Ive uninstalled and reinstalled it more than 10 times since the issue began. It’s the same issue. I’ve rebooted my phone, the app, got rid of the app and reinstalled it. The app isn’t worth it to me to reach out further, I’ve used this for years and it’s turned into a failure ??‍♀️ I wont use it again. I’ve used this app for a LONG time. Within the last month or so, it crashes every 5 seconds, literally. And if I leave the app and come back (to check a text or whatever) I have to sign in ALL over again, find the show I was in middle of, search for where I left off and watch 5 minutes of ads (AGAIN). This is so freaking annoying, I’m getting rid of the app and never having it again. I’ve ensured it’s not my phone and is indeed the app. No other apps, particularly my tv apps are having this issue. I’ve rebooted my phone and done the whole 9 yards.

Love this network!! I’m a true crime fanatic. But I don’t have cable. I would pay a monthly subscription to this app to view all the content. I hate cable. I have Sling tv. Still have the channel on my tv.. it’s just not a cable company. So I don’t have access to all the content on the app. It’s a real bummer that that’s the deal for the app. But it’s not worth a monthly cable bill. Evolve. There are other fan basses to reach out to. Thanks.

Annoying ads

Love this app and understand the need for ads, but playing the same as 3 times in a row is so annoying. It often makes me shut it down and walk away.
