THIS APP IS A TRAP!!!

I test drove this app for 5 days, then decided to cancel my subscription. Every page on the app worked quickly..until I hit cancel subscription. I waited five minutes while the circle went around and around not allowing me to cancel. I thought this might be a glitch, so I tried all the other pages, and they all worked well! I tried to cancel again and another five minutes passed. It literally will NOT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! It's scary. This seems ridiculously unethical....I'm going to get video evidence. It's unreal. If they charge me I will be bloody outraged.

I was sitting here watching Hulu on my phone every few seconds about 30 seconds the screenshots off cause I'm not touching the screen it called a freaking tv show not a touch show.

This app freezes about every 10 minutes, if that. You literally cannot watch a show without restarting 5 times. 0/10 would not recommend. Use Hulu on your computer or laptop instead.
Can't cancel!

I tried canceling on the app and it just wouldn't load. So I tried on my laptop and still nothing. Currently I am trying to cancel my hulu subscription on safari and it is Still loading!

I like Hulu overall however their app is terrible. It freezes after every commercial and you have to restart or disconnect from streaming to tv and reconnect. It's very annoying.
Not working since iOS 10 update

I mostly blame Apple--because iOS 10 is garbage--but Hulu hasn't worked since the update dropped. Netflix recognized the issue and sent an update...was hoping Hulu would follow suit ?

What's up with not being able to watch current episodes of tv shows? That's the main reason I joined Hulu was for that main purpose.
