THIS APP IS A TRAP!!! – Hulu: Watch TV shows & movies Review

I test drove this app for 5 days, then decided to cancel my subscription. Every page on the app worked quickly..until I hit cancel subscription. I waited five minutes while the circle went around and around not allowing me to cancel. I thought this might be a glitch, so I tried all the other pages, and they all worked well! I tried to cancel again and another five minutes passed. It literally will NOT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! It's scary. This seems ridiculously unethical....I'm going to get video evidence. It's unreal. If they charge me I will be bloody outraged.
