Latest update has ruined it

The most recent update completely changed the interface and has ruined the whole watching experience. Slow, clunky, and filled with glitches. If it isn’t resolved soon, I’ll cancel my account and hope to return later if this mess is ever resolved. Super disappointing.

Sound but no picture

Terrible. Never loads properly always buffering and when I connect my iPhone to my tv to watch on bigger screen it never shows up on my tv the volume plays from the television set but the picture does not it only plays on my cell phone. Please fix. I would love to be able to watch my shows from my phone on my tv but there’s always an issue. Quite discouraging. Netflix never has that issue.

As big as hulu is there should be no excuse for the app glitches. Also no mirror feature is silly too when even simple fox app offers mirror viewing through hdmi using your phone. That said the content is keeping me happy they really have improved since i last gave them a try back years ago. But please fix the app guys. Needs mirror feature, and sound goes out randomly it freezes sometimes. People expect better for their money. But good job improving your content!
Unintuitive app backed by unreliable service

Hulu's best feature is its channel lineup, which is why I have it. But when you can literally *never* watch CBS because the stream is so broken, ESPN buffers every 5 seconds, and you can't sign up for more than one user this app becomes completely unusable. Worse than that scanning channels is difficult and will make you less likely to actually watch things that you could want to watch. Channel surfing is dead with this app.

I hate everything about this app. It’s not user friendly and so hard to navigate. I’m new to Hulu and decided to try it out. I prefer Netflix over Hulu mainly because the app. Navigating from episode to episode and getting details about a certain episode is a headache. I am constantly clicking on the screen by accident which causes the episode to skip to that spot. This usually means restarting the episode/commercials from the beginning again. It’s very frustrating.

I have Hulu on my smart tv as well. It’s pathetic and annoying how if I want to add something to my watchlist when I’m streaming on my tv it won’t sync with the mobile app. If I want to add something to my watchlist I have to do it on my phone and tv. Really Hulu? Fix this or I’m done.
Fix Apple hdmi converter compatibility!

New update is terrible. The Apple HDMI converter does not work!!! On occasion the episode will completely skip a head without any warning!
