Another One Star to the Pile

Still the worst streaming app I've ever used. 85% of roughly 8,000 Ratings are 1 Star and yet the app is still terrible. The reviews of this App are more entertaining than the shows. I’m only keeping the app in order to keep up with this barrage of brutal reviews and ratings. One would think Hulu would do something about the thousands of unhappy customers, but as long as they get subscriptions, they don’t seem to care. Here’s to continuing to funnel my money into this just to be entertained by Hulu’s ignorance to customer feedback. Cheers!

Should have kept my cable!!

Switch to Hulu because the idea of not having cable was great. Unfortunately, it freezes all the time, streaming is slow, and it isn’t very user friends. Trying now to watch the SEC championship game. It’s been on for 25 min and have only been able to watch maybe a minute of it. So disappointing.

Love Hulu and their content but the new UI is SO utterly terrible I am unable to use it. I’m very close to unsubscribing.

Pitiful UI + CBS Will Not Stream

Frustrating interface to navigate. I don’t understand why on an iPad, they force you to scroll ONE show, movie at a time. Boneheaded decision when iPad has plenty of screen real estate. That’s just one gripe I have. Lately, CBS will not stream with consistency while other networks stream fine. Disappointing in this day and age a media company can’t figure it out.

Watching live tv like sports and live news or broadcasts involves lots of buffering, stopped programs, and frequent restarts. Programming favorite teams is pointless since the events often don't record. The app also frequently crashes in the midst of a program playing. All around a poor attempt at a streaming service.

Ever since the update my Hulu doesn't connect too my google chromecast and it’s very annoying could you fix this soon please I just want to watch Hell’s Kitchen on the big screen

When the update released I had to spend 15 minutes reentering my account Info then I had to go through every single show in the app saying witch ones I like and wanted to add to my watchlist The update didn’t save nothing from before so I didn’t know where I left off on episodes and of course the infamous “click to time in video” feature

I’m convinced the makers of Hulu woke up one day and said how can we upset millions of users? Ooo I know, I know, let’s create an interface that isn’t user friendly, let’s put one show per swipe, add a ton more commercials, and make it so you can’t rewind or fast forward by anything above 10 seconds. Let’s make it so you have to click a billion times just to get to what you exactly want. Then another voice yelled, let’s make a lineup and show people a bunch of shows they will never watch/never ever want to watch. Then they all highfived and went home and lived happily ever after. This is my first app review ever. Hulu get it together. Less colors and clicks. Quality over quantity. Go back to the old interface or fix this horrible one.
