Her clothes and style to me have deteriorated. It’s not the same. I have in the past have ordered a lot of her jeans and other things but the last several shows show a definite deterioration . I wouldn’t buy a thing. They don’t look in style and look cheaply made

I purchased GBG Jeans for my daughter in August for a Christmas gift. I was unaware that Christmas shopping at HSN does not start until September 21st. Shame on me for getting a head start on Christmas gifts. I returned the gift to HSN right after Christmas sine they did not fit my daughter stating too small and requesting a credit on my HSN credit card. On 1/23/2020 HSN returned the jeans to me with a check off form letter stating purchased over 30 days. I am very upset and I think HSN needs more personal customer service then a check off form. So now I have a $51.00 pair of jeans that my daughter can’t fit in and I can’t use. Sometimes a company needs to ask more questions why a return was not within 30 days. So because of a $51.00 jeans, HSN has lost a loyal customer. Shame on HSN.

It was never pointed out in the sale and advertising of this product for return that is in all your items that I have ordered and returned. This is under a law called “Deceptive Trade Practices Law. It cost me about $300 to mail back. No where was this disclosed to me as a consumer. I will be writing to the Attorney General of my state explaining how you promise to the consumer that you pay only a small fee for a return item. This is wrong that you never disclosed to me that I would have to pay for returning this item at such an expense to me. Thank you. Lynnell Hodel

Dear HSN. Why did you change your jewelry boxes into these difficult-to-open gray boxes? You can not open them unless you use something like a blunt knife to pry them open. By the time you’ve separated the top from the bottom, the boxes have been mangled enough to make them not presentable for gift giving. Plus many of us have arthritis, and I broke a nail trying to open them. Please please please get rid of these gray boxes and go back to your beautiful blue boxes.

Love HSN but it reads that you are doing away with the App for iPad! That’s not acceptable. HSN.com horrible and too busy on my iPad. App for iPhone great but I enjoy a SEE Bigger screen for videos and see you product better.

Products purchased have been as described. Delivery excellent. When I spoke with a representative she was helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service.
