I can’t emphasize enough how frustrated I was every time I tried to find out what happened with an order I originally placed back in November. After weeks of waiting on tracking, it never showed that it was shipped out. Then it was returned. Customer service first told me that the outside vender ships out in bulk and that was why the tracking didn’t show movement. Then when it was returned for no apparent reason, I was told I would have to reorder which I new meant that it would not arrive in time for my grandsons Christmas. But once again , it didn’t arrive on December 27. Again tracking didn’t show anything after labeled. I also recieved a e mail stating there was a delay on the shipping but that I would recieve it shortly. Days later I recieved an email to see if I was happy with my product from HSN. This prompted me to call to see the status as my grandsons had not recieved the neck pillows yet. When I called again after the first of the year I was put on hold then disconnected. When I looked back on status, it suddenly showed returned again. Besides being disappointed at not getting the Buccaneer neck pillows, I have worked customer service all of my working years and have never had such horrible service. I will NEVER buy anything from HSN again.

I ordered a bra several years ago and I used the size HSN advised ( which is shop your top size), I didn’t like the bra at all. The band in the front would roll up and the straps ( were not adjustable), and the cups were too small. I would not advise anyone to buy a bra without adjustable straps.

I have been a long time customer and spent a lot of money at HSN but lately there have been some issues especially with returns. It’s bad enough that they charge a high shipping charge but then it’s takes forever for them to process your return and give you your money back. I ordered a pair of jeans in November; received them in December, sent them back a few days after receiving them and as of 1/8; I still have not had my return processed. Totally unacceptable especially when I used their return label. Previously I returned a pair of shoes and the same thing happened. Buyer beware if there is any possibility you will have to return an item, don’t order. It isn’t worth the time or the money you will loose.

This app has a Third Party license agreement to the developer's version of this app which is a joke with all the faces and order numbers cutoff. The developer's access to this app should be revoked and investigated.

I updated my Visa but you did not update your system.

Hsn has some good products, however, their online flex pay billing is confusing. Does not give dates of when the amounts will be deducted.

So easy to use a child could do it! I’m not good with electronics! But I can find my way around this app! I like it that you can do everything in 1 place! I can shop I can check out my balances! I can make a payment while I’m watching them! I wouldn’t change anything! The streaming is nice & clear! I really love this app I use it everyday! Good job!!
