The app is great. Downloaded it because I had an offer for a $10.00 discount code for one item as a first time user. All excited to get a discount but the site refused to accept it! What’s with that? Love the app and item but not to pleased with the false advertising and offer.

Purchased Beekman Boys Lip Balm, honey orange flavor. It makes me nauseous so I can’t use it. I wanted to exchange for no flavor & was told “no can do”, just return it at a cost of $7.95. I’m a long time and very good HSN customer, or maybe I should say I WAS! I will think long and hard before ordering again. Customer service is important.
Shipping deal misleading

Crafters day is advertised on hsn that all crafts purchased during craft day is $5.00 shipping no matter how many items is purchased but be careful they are misleading you because when midnight hits on the 28th eastern time, and hsn is live on tv eastern time , and the crafting event begins, the crafting event for people pacific time is really the 27th and the $5.00 shipping does not apply to any purchase you make. In order for me to benefit I have to wait til midnight pacific time but how ridiculous. If I wait 3 hours that item advertised on tv will most likely be sold out. I shouldn’t have to wait for midnight pacific time to order. Once midnight eastern time occurs no matter where you are located your order should include the 24 hr shipping deal. So...I waited til hsn went live eastern time and immediately placed an order and was charged the $5 shipping then I ordered again another item but ordered after midnight pacific time and was charged again the $5 shipping . So I called to ask why I am paying $10 for two items during crafting event and was told it was two separate days. That’s bull crap. Even Anna Griffin and sara Davies indicate crafters day on HSN is the 27th and 28th because of eastern and pacific time. So wrong of HSN. If you begin an event at midnight eastern time expect people like me who live in California will place an order while the event is live. Just because I live in California my order once midnight eastern time goes live shouldn’t effect me because of the time difference. Very misleading and Poor business tactics. Because I am on pacific time I lose out on the shipping deal.

Every time I place an order on this app, i have issues. Either they charge my card twice or they sold me an item that was sold out. It’s really ridiculous.
