HSN offers quality products and often on easy pay (installments). Living in a very small town, I have limited shopping choices. Thanks to HSN I can sit in my pjs, hit this app, and have clothes, cosmetics, and home products at my fingerprints. Love it!

I ordered a pair of the Bzees slip ons in a 7 wide as a gift for my mother in law. She was so excited and waited in anticipation for their arrival. She opens the box and couldn't believe that this company is so far off in their sizing. This so- called size 7 was more like a 5. Someone should tell the HSN hosts to tell their viewers that these shoes are sized at least 2 sizes smaller than the size indicated on them. How in the world does the company stay in business if customers have to return this item and then guess what size they may really need if they want to exchange for a pair that may or may not fit. Ashame because they are cute little shoes.

I ordered an item on December 28th. It was scheduled for January 10th. It took so long to get my order, I purchased it else where. I refused the package at delivery. Then, it took twice as long to return it.... why I don’t know. I have sent to Packages through US mail faster than this UPS package. It’s January 23rd and I still haven’t gotten a refund even though They can see the refusal with the ups tracking log- I haven’t even seen or touched the package and they wouldn’t even consider processing the refund until the package was received. It was delivered last week. WHAT is taking sooo long??? I will NEVER purchase at HSN again! I see why amazon is creaming you guys- it’s your own fault!
App customer service is terrible

Trying to get any customer service on the app is almost impossible. No direct contact, no chat ability, and leaving an email is complicated when the page doesn’t fully load.
Placed order now can’t get back into account
