Difficult contacting customer service

Order Number: 1634252200 I’m not satisfied with how customer service works. If you can get a person, they don’t know what they’re doing. Not even their supervisors. I returned an item, tracked it, it’s been returned 2-3 days now but I’ve not received an email or text. There’s no record of it being returned in my account. What’s up with that?

I am unable to find a list of items I have returned. The website is nonfunctional. QVC makes it so easy to see orders and returns but your website is terrible.

Love Samantha Brown Luggage. Bought the Navy Croco Embossed several years ago. Best purchase ever. Bought the Caramel and Dusty Rose collections just now for my daughters. They are so nice, I want to collect them to put out of season clothes in since they are so classy!

I have two missing orders and you leave no option to contact you. Your email does not have a send button. I’m so frustrated and disgusted with your company right now. You should be ashamed of yourselves. And you should contact me ASAP to avoid a BBB report.
App doesn’t display feedback filters

Decent app but the filter function doesn’t work when you choose most recent reviews, most helpful, etc. HSN needs to do a better job earning trust - if I can’t see product reviews it makes it difficult to make a purchase.

As a long time shopper of another company and getting tired of the cheap trash they were selling I decided to look at this site. What a difference! Fast shipping, quality stuff to buy, not like the cheaply made expensive junk on the other show. Definitely will be shopping here often!
