Horrible and lost changes data eater

No touch, no videos, can not turn off live feed, if not on wifi will eat up data plan, no hyper links to different vendors, no games, ++++...... Regret putting this update, will not use much, who did this, thought updates improve not take away and make it less user friendly No stars for this last update, please test as a user first CAN NOT TURN OFF LIVE FEED, its like watching a movie, except we have the option to play. This app when open, does Not give you that, turning audio off n on does not help the live feed issue. It’s about data, no wifi Spec page appears to load slowly, does not even shows it has to load to see completed info, all you get is ... after each line, swiping page up/down, up/down, until all info completes is another improvement??? NO HYPERLINKS TO DESIGNERS/ VENDERS PRODUCTS “GONE”

Unable to update or delete this app. It just stays shaded on my Apple 6 Plus after attempting the most recent update.

This update lost a bunch a features that made shopping so much easier. I can’t find my alerts for favorites to add a brand that I would like to be notified for. Went to the help section & the instructions didn’t help at all. Said to sign in, click on the person at top right of the page. I can’t find it anywhere!! At least not on my phone, which is all I use. There are many, many other things that I don’t like about this update, but I stopped shopping at HSN because the update is so horrible. Not user friendly at all!!

I have problems trying to make a payment. The screen jumps to a different screen, and I took the time to complete all information to change my password and waited for a code sent by text. After using code I was sent it didn't work and now it has me locked out. This is not the first time I've had problems. It's not the Bank I have other accounts and payments go through in seconds. It's the hsn App

The worst update! This version of the app is horrible. 1) in the item details the information is cut off and where the information should be there are just ......... 2) you can’t search the program guide 3) you had the ability to shop items from the program guide at least a day in advance of the show airing, not with this new version. 3) the ability to zoom in on a photo is gone. 4) you get these random notifications in the upper left hand corner, why aren’t they in alerts and why don’t you have the ability to delete them. The other versions of the app were so much better, why did they have to mess with it? Is this the influence of qvc on hsn? Because the qvc has always been awful.

This new app is horrible! Like the other reviewer noted that you need to enter your password every time not like the other one that you could use your thumb print. This new system doesn’t have video of the product for sell. We don’t all have the luxury to watch the shows live so we depend on the videos of the shows. Thanks, C.S.
Great Search! But WHERE ARE THE VIDEOS??

Great search that hits most of the items if you are looking for a specific color across a variety of brands. You use to have videos to view but with the new update they are gone for the most part. Get with the program and bring them back. People on iPhones like to see videos before they buy! DUH!!

I dig the new UI and how responsive the new app is over the old. Keep it up and get the arcade back on and I'll give the app SIX stars ;)
