Used to get items in 3-5 days now it stays in “packaging” for 5 days and counting!!

I have not seen a better shopping app anywhere and the Flex Pay program is affordable and convenient! Your customer service is also a 5 star! However... the prices this year are way too high. All hyped up on the channel but nothing to get excited about really. Some of the stuff is actually junk and I dont recall ever noticing that with HSN before. So, because the actual merchandise is below par but the app is great, I am giving it a 3 star overall. Please negotiate better prices for us. No shoe on HSN should be $80.

Love the machine. However the shipping company called me on Tuesday and told me I would get it Friday. Took day off it didn’t come, I called them and they told me it was lost in their warehouse, the I would get it Monday. Took Monday off , I called them late afternoon, they told me maybe Wednesday, it finally came. Lost 2 days pay.

Selective or Dishonest?

I consider myself to be an HSN shopper. Frequently I have submitted reviews for items when I feel that the information may help others to make decisions about whether to purchase an item. I have submitted 5-star reviews when I feel that the item warrants a rave. Recently I wrote a review for a DG off-the-shoulder sweater (wine) that was not published. When I attempted to submit a second review I received a message that I had already written one review and was not allowed to submit a second. Yet the first review had not been published. Thus, the only reviews that remained on the website were rave reviews! If you continue to cherry pick reviews for publication, you will lose my business. I didn’t like the sweater: the wine color was faded, and the garment looked shop-worn. I had purchased the item to take on a winter weekend getaway, but when my husband commented that the sweater did not look “special , “ I realized he was right, and returned it. I am not just disappointed in the designer, but also disheartened that my review was not published. And by the way, this is not the first time a review of mine was not published. Some would refer to this practice as arbitrary, or even dishonest.

I was really excited to join the Home Shopping Network at first everything’s great shipments were coming in a timely fashion . I was receiving coupons.. Love the Products I received.. Now it’s got to the point I spent a lot of money there and it says my orders are processing for three weeks? Than packaging for over a week.. I’m not about to pay the high fee to have things shipped to me in two days .. I called customer service , and she was very rude , she said , We have no control what goes on at the warehouse in a very sarcastic voice , then she said bless your little heart.. I’m about done with the Home Shopping Network

My debit card is lost I cannot enter my new one in on the website ... not happy I am not talking to no one I have COVID I don't feel good I just want to update my pmt method and I can't . Very upset and disappointed Please do whatever needs to be done so I can update my pmt I owe 50 and 59 ny end of month and Total of about 275 -300 total. Please fix my account so I can pay what I owe and my future pmts I am not talking to no one I don't feel good Fix my acct and I will get my past due paid Debra
