Seems like the things I order are made very cheap. The Buffalo Bills wallet I returned I’m still waiting for a refund. Taking forever. Last year I ordered a Luminara wreath. Couldn’t wait to get it. It’s the cheapest looking thing I ever saw. I took the candle off and use that only. The flowers looked really cheesy. I should’ve returned it but I threw the box out because it was recycle day. Anyway this wallet that I got for Christmas was the last thing I’m going to order from you.

I’ve been a LONG time customer and I am so disappointed how we and credit card holders are treated. Nothing is done for us. No help with returns when come on, they can afford to give free returns from time to time. But all they do is offer coupons with ridiculous stipulations. Look around, HSN, other businesses do A LOT more for their customers like us.

Why don’t you give an alphabetic option for vendors. It’s really difficult to find a specific brand the way you have this set up. Needs improvement !

HSN app keeps crashing

The app keeps crashing when I’m returned to it from PayPal. I go back in there’s no order placed and nothing in my shopping bag. I’m unable to make purchases now.

Clothing for women needs knew venders. The clothing is so unappealing. How about I Isaac Mizrahi or Susan Graver or just some good quality clothing

I’ve been using there products for years now once you tried them you become addicted with good reason I only unhappy about one the the 5 piece elk shape fragrances in a reusable can QVC had the larger bottle can you plz consider getting them on your site
