Easy to use and actually free

H&R Block is better in 2017 than TurboTax because they allow you to itemize deductions and still file federal and state taxes for free. Saved me $100 that TurboTax tried to dump on me after I had entered all my info. Don't waste your time on TurboTax on 2017 returns
Buggy product, rude customer service

I tried to use the tax pro go product but it was buggy and did not let me proceed with the taxes. I tried to contact the customer service. One of the reps was extremely rude and hung up on me. The other reps were nicer but the issue is not solved. I don’t recommend “tax pro go” to anyone. My ticket is not resolved for more than a week now.

Didn’t even get notified that I needed to send in a form after I e-filed to get my tax refund sent to me!
Frustrating

Constantly takes me to different pages and is very irritating because no one answers questions. Also would not let me E-File for some weird reason and have been waiting over a month for my return and nothing.
