Doesn’t honor promotions

H&R Block has consistently NOT honored their emailed promotions that auto-direct you to this app. It is only AFTER you have finished entering all of your tax information that you find out that ther is NO WAY to get their advertised discount rate - even if you followed the link in their email. This has happened multiple years in a row. I am NOT happy about this.

I paid taxes and it won’t let me file !!! There is no help via phone or online. This is a joke.
