The only thing I would suggest is better communication as your refund moves through the review stage by the IRS.

The worst ever

I have always tried to use online HRB but this year is the worst ever. If I get kicked out I have to start over and the app takes me to the app stores when I hit file taxes online. It take me 15 min to figure out how to get back to the entry page. I don’t like this at All
Can’t change version

I am doing a simple return, no special forms or situations and the app put me in the Premium version and will not let me change to the Deluxe version. When I called customer support they could change it but I would lose all the information I had just spent an hour entering. I really don’t want to pay $99 when according to there website I could have gotten by with the free version.

Horrible after latest update. Can’t recognize my phone, can’t remember my finger print and won’t allow emails sent with attachments. Highly annoying!
