I had a minor issue that was quickly resolved by the H&R specialist, who was exceptionally helpful. It’s great to be able to file taxes using iPad.

I was reviewing my options for an extension, but now it won’t let me cancel the extension page. Only options are next and back. Kind of irritating to go to the full site to review my previous page. Other than that, always a quick way to file for me.

My wife and I have adopted and used this app to file the complicated forms. This programmed walked us through the process with ease and we got our credit mo problem. For the carry over credit, all the information was imported automatically from the previous year. This walks you effortlessly through all the possible deductions that you can take advantage.
Just awful
Apple has stopped trying
Expensive, slow, not quick and easy but neither is it complete or error-proof. I just know that not being able to see what penalties are being calculated (or not, as I guess I’ll find out) will come back to bite me later.

I paid. Money is out of my Apple Pay. Still there are not support options. Don’t make the mistake I made. Choose a different app. Oh and when they ask you to leave a review in the app, they don’t post it here unless it is 5 stars. I gave them 3 stars in the app. Came here to find my review was not posted. Liars and Thieves!
