Buggy product, rude customer service – H&R Block Tax Prep: File Taxes Review

I tried to use the tax pro go product but it was buggy and did not let me proceed with the taxes. I tried to contact the customer service. One of the reps was extremely rude and hung up on me. The other reps were nicer but the issue is not solved. I don’t recommend “tax pro go” to anyone. My ticket is not resolved for more than a week now.
