I have been using the HR Block app for years. This year it is asking me to answer a challenge question that could have an answer that is all numbers or a combination of words and numbers. The format was obviously not defined so I have no idea how to answer it. That is failure one. Failure two, I (of course) didn’t use the correct format three times so now I’m locked out. For how long? I have no idea, it doesn’t say! Failure three, I tapped on help to try to find answers and guess what, I can’t see any help because I’m not logged in. Failure 4, there is no notification sent to my email or phone to let me know of the lock out. What if someone was trying to hack my info? What if they already have? So I am now a former HR Block customer. Do yourself a favor and use a different “service”.
Great for federal; for state, they charge

Just do turbo tax! Worst experience ever!!!

Oh my gosh. It took way to long to do my taxes with H&R they have long wait times and there app messed up on me 5 times!!!

I did my entire return on my phone. The app imported my documents from PDFs. It couldn’t have been easier. I actually enjoyed doing my taxes during my lunch break.
