I have gotten to the hotel and the hotel has said the third party has overbooked and cancelled your reservation... I will try one more time. Hopefully it will not be the case.

Discounts not available

Would be nice it more hotels could take the 5% off with the hotels.com app. Every hotel I ever stay at we can't use the discount .

I tried booking a room through the app and website, numerous times. Website had the room not available online but available when I called. I had a $250 gift card for Hotels.com that company would not honor. I was only able to use it online but not over the phone. What company doesn't honor their own gift cards .
