Horrific!

I used Hotels.com to book a hotel in St. Thomas. The pix and description of the place were completely misleading. Room was horrible and I sought a refund and a booking at Marriott. Hotels.com gave me all kinds of grief and asked me for a three day penalty for cancellation. They said it was the hotel's policy. So, I went directly to the manager who told me that there was no such policy and was nice enough to call Hotels.com with us. They kept us waiting, had to endure through several layers of supervisors (all Indian with thick accents) and after an hour they finally acceded to the request. The upshot was that the rate the hotel charged was actually LOWER than the Hotels.com charge. I asked the supervisor what the rate was for the Marriott. The rate Hotels.com quoted was significantly higher than Marriott's own rate when I reserved with them directly. DO NOT USE HOTELS.COM!

Hotels.com is a great app. I use it whenever I need to find & book a hotel room. Usually the description of hotel and rooms are accurate. I have been able to get good rates using the app.
So far so good.

I don't have any complaints every booking has went well. Hotels were nice as well.

The Hotels.com app is the only way to go when booking a hotel. It is very easy to use, booking is fast, you have the option to save your favorite hotels and you can even get free nights!

Easy-to-use app for booking hotels. Hotels.com customer service was also great about fixing accommodations issues that came up with some of my bookings in the past- everything was fixed quickly at no cost to me.

Have used this app for a lot of bookings and I have no prob with it whatsoever! Super easy to navigate around and book our rooms... ????
