I’ve been a hotels.com user for many years and at some point ventured in to arbnb and other sites but none of them compare to the service and true review and options offered here. My short lived side track quickly reminded me why I use hotels.com. The loyalty free nights are an awesome perk I’ve had the pleasure of using many times as a big discount on high end hotels I may not book otherwise. My latest experience was a hotel booking that was a huge disappointment and the hotel refused to refund me, I called hotels.com and they immediately issued me a $200 voucher to use on another hotel reservation!! Great way to travel with hotels.com!!!

You guys are a bunch of crap. If I could’ve gotten away with clocking zero stars I would’ve. Not only is the tracker for my free hotel night been lagging, and off, you guys still owe me $170.00, and have for nearly six months now. I’ve gone back and forth between you guys, and my bank a zillion times, and I just gave up on it because I figured I’m never going to see it. That’s right, they never gave me back my refund when I cancelled the hotel the minute I booked it because I noticed I booked it a week later. Yes, a WEEK LATER. Not only that, I swear the same Indian lady answers the phone every single time. There is just no use even going to her higher up because there is none, and I swear she transferred the phone to her supervisor which was herself. Stupid company is bogus. ?

I use hotels.com a lot... and for many years. On a recent trip I attempted to book a room and the app said it was no longer available so I booked at a different hotel. Low and behold I ended up with two reservations and Hotels.com made no attempt to convince the hotel to refund my booking. Great app guys! I got screwed out of $120 because your app malfunctioned and your customer service team gave me the finger. ??????
