This site is incredible for booking hotels. I love that I get free bookings often and have never had a hard time checking in or cancelling a reservation. Great service!
Beware of coupons!
Terrible omg
Hotels.com offer their own coupons on their app BUT they do not clearly show that you will NOT receive rewards if using their coupons! I will most likely stop using hotels.com for this reason. Shady.
Dirty room? They don't care

If you book same day they will not authorize a refund even if your room is super dirty or isn't what the pictures look like!

5% promotion code wouldn’t work

Site offered a 5% code MOB5, but when I entered it, i got a message that code won’t work on my selected hotel. No more explanation. Thanks! Judy

Works well externally, but can’t change your info, password, etc within the application. Must go to the website.
