Oh dear! Something went wrong whilst getting your deals I tried over and over again to get some hotel bookings and this is all I get...please fix ASAP

Had to change all my hotels up by a month. I got on line changed the information. It was that easy, took just a few minutes. Our rooms were perfect.

I recently stayed in NYC and I thought I was getting a great deal on my hotel, but upon my check out I was hit with a bill for $170 for the resort service fees that I wasn’t aware of.... I feel like Hotels.com need to do a better job of making these kind of fees transparent so a loyal customers isn’t hit with this kind of negative surplus

I have been using the Hotels.com app for so many years now. It’s the only one i use and it has been good to me and whenever there has been a problem they have been quick to fix it. The app is great, no complaints. Good customer service. Thumbs up!
