This app is horrible. I typed in a search for rooms in Brooklyn and it only brought up rooms in Manhattan. That’s just one example of many Now they make you use this horrible app if you want to redeem nights or else they charge you. Unbelievable. I’d rather pay the5 bucks.
They canceled my reservation after booking

After I got charged in full for the property I was staying at they also canceled my reservation there was only two rooms left and now I can’t get my original reservation after 2hrs 30mins on the phone they think I wanted a discount when all I wanted was my original reservation nothing was accomplished and I’m still reservationless mind you this was the first time I used their “hotels.com” network

I don’t often need hotel rooms but when I do choose hotels.com (Dosequis commercial voice) lol ????❤️!!!

I’m not allowed to update my email—called customer service where they tell me I have to create a new account to make changes. I can’t find my password, but the requires that you put in old password in order to change password. (Whaaa??). The phone customer service was horrible...called twice hoping to have a better experience. Will never use this app/service again.
