Updated the app, now I can’t schedule multiple photos, my draft didn’t save and I can only schedule a few posts at a time. I’m a small business of 1 and now this app is basically useless. I cannot afford to pay what they expect for what used to be free. Would not recommend.

For over a year we’ve been trying to cancel their service yet they won’t let us and keep telling us because it’s through Apple store which is very easy to check and see that isn’t the case. Stay away from this horrible company who has zero support beyond an email team. Can’t talk to anyone and all they do is copy and paste same response each time.

Spent 15 min trying to sign in and get set up and this worthless app couldn’t even locate my Instagram account. It drops an avalanche of bureaucratic hoops you have to jump through, forcing you to link your Facebook account before you can add your Instagram account and after filling out forms, going through multiple two-step verifications, and finally changing my Facebook password, it couldn’t even find my Instagram account.

Was dependable in the past, but now the free version is junk

The free version is junk. Scheduled post fail because of some vague inexplicable error. Maybe I’ll find something else.

Idk what happened to hootsuite, but I’m off to greener pastures. I don’t have tome to waste sitting around waiting for this thing to do its job.

I didn’t use trail. It wasn’t a good fit. All the sudden I have a charge coming out of my account. I have gone to website and app support trying to find a way to contact someone with no luck. Do not download as part of a “trail”!!!

After nine years with this service, we are out. We’re deleting our company account and moving to something better — which, at this point, isn’t a very high bar. It’s unfortunate that Hootsuite wrecked a wonderful app, but we’re not going to waste labor hours going back and forth with incompetent and apathetic support people. You’d think $600/year would get you a functional app. Nope. After the latest update, posts can’t be scheduled anymore. When we try, it says “Scheduling limit reached. You have 0 scheduled posts. You can schedule a new one as soon as one of your scheduled posts gets published.” Then it does a hard sell to get us to upgrade… even with a Pro account. Without post scheduling, there’s zero point to this app. It also won’t allow us to add any social media accounts, even though we have space in our quota. Mine currently says I have “6 of 0 accounts added.” When I try to add one, it says I need to pay to upgrade. If I delete one, it can’t be added back. On top of all that, everything is now hidden three menus deep beneath a bunch of sales pitches to upgrade. Good luck finding your drafts.

The number of scheduled posts went from unlimited posts for free to unlimited for $70/month with no options in between. The free option only allows 5 posts to be scheduled.

Hootsuite was a phenomenal app and for free was very generous with the auto posts per week with one account. Then I thought, how much do their services cost? Man, talk about thinning the herd. If you’re not running a successful brand or business and wanted to pay for this app, you’d be in debt. Lol $80 a month or $600 a year for unlimited posts and up to 10 accounts. I’ll need something that’s gentle on the non business person/consumers pocket. Looking for some alternatives, but I hope Hootsuite creates a more affordable solution.

Hootsuite is now Garbage! Very disappointed in this app now. My scheduled posts are not showing up to my SM platforms and it is ultra frustrating! ??
