Probably good at one point

Disappointing performance, image previews are low quality, buggy interface does not select photos as you expect.


Useless now

Used to be good but now it’s useless. I’ve logged back into my accounts multiple times but the posts fail every time now. All it tells me is “oops” and that it couldn’t connect. You also can’t edit videos in the app to make them compatible with the dimensions needed for the social network. It completely defeats the purpose of having an app if it just keeps giving me errors. I may as well just do it myself.

Great App but

I really like the app, it makes the daily life easier but it’s a little bit too expensive in my eyes. Even more important tho would be that the story scheduling will be added since that would fully automate instagram!! Please ADD IT SOON


Can Be Better than the Website, But...

This is preferable to use than the website, but the app suffers from memory problems that cause it to crash. You cannot have it in split view and then switch to another window and go back: the app will crash. You cannot also be working on a draft (in either fullscreen or split view) and then switch to something you might want to look up and resume: you will lose your work. The app has problem keeping its state, and as such with bad memory management, cannot function properly so it crashes. It is not robust, which is a shame because as mentioned, it's preferable to the web version.


Just updated, still crashing

Over the last week or so, I've had the app crash several times while editing post drafts and new posts, causing me to lose all changes and progress. Hoped that the update would fix this and it has not. This interferes severely with my work. The app's content library is also unusable compared to that in the browser version, though I'm not sure if that's specific to the business I use it for (Plato's Closet) or not. The content in the app's library is out of date and all stuck in low resolution.


Worst customer service ever!!

Do not give this company any money. Their product does not work properly and you can not get any resolution from customer service. It takes on average 3-5 days to get a response from them and then they just keep saying the same thing over and over agin instead of actually helping you to resolve your issue.


Not working properly

I have never until now and a couple of weeks ago. But now it keeps telling me to enable my push notifications for my personal accounts but my accounts are business accounts and I already have the direct enabled already. Now it won’t let schedule anything. Please fix

App crashes a lot!

So glad I didn’t sign up for a plan that cost money. This app crashes all the time. I’ve uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t work.
