So many tech issues

I have been using this service for a week now and it is already giving me an enormous headache. First of all loading my payment took forever to figure out. I didn’t load on Safari or any other browser except Google Chrome. Next it wants me to connect my Instagram accounts to Facebook pages which they are but it doesn’t recognize them and I’ve been wasting time on this issue for a while. So far I definitely most absolutely want to cancel my subscription before it starts charging because I do not want to pay for this if it’s gonna make social media management take longer rather than shorter which is what this is supposed to do in the first place.

This app won’t show my upcoming posts or allow me to delete the ones I have coming up. Not sure what’s that about. Having issues with the app. Idk if it was worth downloading now
Failed to Load Message Error

The mobile app doesn’t seem to work as expected. I’m an iOS user(iPhone 8) and when I try to make changes to scheduled Twitter or Instagram post on the app I get an error “Failed to Load Message”. I don’t have any problems on the desktop version so I am wondering what the purpose of the app is if you cant make changes to post or see your scheduled post for Instagram. I’ve already tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I guess all I can do at this point is not use the app at all.

Hootsuite has been a life saver for me. Within the last few days, something happened and all my scheduled posts were wiped clean and now I just get error messages. I can access hootsuite from my computer but the app isn’t working. Please fix. I love your app!
Cannot multitask with this app on iPad

Don’t bother with this app on iPad. If you try to type a scheduled post and go to multitask to let’s say, notes, to copy and paste it will totally delete what you were working on 95% of the time. If you keep the app up in the background and go to work on something else quickly, guess what your work is gone. Pretty useless when the point is to make things more efficient. I would rather copy and paste from notes to socials individually than waste time working on things that get deleted anyways.

Just purchased the professional membership but there are several issues I’ve experienced before upgrading as well as after. I’m not sure if it needs to be updated or not but it’s very frustrating, please resolve!

I was charged two months in a row for a plan I did not subscribe to. I was in the free plan. It is next to impossible to get in touch with any sort of customer service to help. They don’t respond on social media. When I was finally able to connect with someone they were extremely rude and told me that they would not help me if I didn’t cooperate. They wanted me to “cooperate” by accepting the charges. This company is horrible and such a scam. They steal your money. Don’t buy into it.

I have used the app for awhile and at first I didn’t need to have a Facebook account to publish to my Instagram but now it’s useless unless you link your Instagram to a Facebook. Not everyone who has Instagram uses Facebook.
