Crashes constantly

I’ve never been able to open the app, redownloaded multiple times and restarted my iPad. Same thing every time...going else where at this point.

I was so excited to use the app, I downloaded it yesterday and spent about an hour to try to figure out how to use it and connect it to my socials but this morning the app won’t even open! I have deleted the app and reinstalled it about 3-4 times and the app still won’t open. I don’t know what else to do. I would love if you guys fix this problem because I really liked this platform.

How can you delete this permanently?

I used to use Hootsuite years ago. Haven’t in years. But lately the app keeps appearing on my iPhone and iPad. MAKE IT STOP!!!

I was excited to use this app because it came highly recommended however whenever I try to sign in, the app gets stuck and doesn’t move off of the log in screen. Do not waste your time on trying to save time.

The hurdles you have to jump to cancel are ridiculous. I have been charged 2 years in a row now, and Hootesuite takes no accountability and drops/“completes” my request after they say it’s not their problem.

I’ve had this app for YEARS never any problems but now it no longer works won’t let me log in when I change the password thinking maybe it was out of date, it said I no longer have permission by the hosts to use the app. ?? I’m not a spammer I’m just a girl who likes to post her things ahead of time. It’s so strange, I’m pretty sure they are out of business. It was a really good while it lasted thou. Thanks ?

Cool new interface, still crashes all the time

They recently updated the UI which has been nice but the app still crashes any time you navigate away from it at all. I constantly lose posts because I need to grab a link from my browser etc and when I go back the app crashes. Not a bad queue service for posting but the app needs work.

Your app update was great but I goofed-up (in simple words lol). Can you reverse what I did earlier (July 23, 2020)? Please. You see, I couldn’t see a few of my friends profile—I selected “Unblock”...but one person in specific was blocked. I selected it again and the account is unblocked, but now we’re not following each other. You would say—I could just follow again but that person won’t be on Twitter for awhile due to family issues. Account I would like back to normal: @ohdaddy. Can you reverse? ? Hootsuite deserves 10 stars. Thank You! Isabel (@typertist)

Be careful if you just sign up for the 30 days...you will get billed $300+ if you do not cancel it in time. It’s a good concept.
