Where did stickers go? ?

Lord Santechnik

After one of July 2019 updates, cute owl stickers for iMessage I used a lot disappeared( The developer support over at Twitter has pointed out on Apple, while all other 3rd party app stickers I have still are at hand and my disposal. I can extract a few recently used in chats owls to re-send, though, but where the plugin did go??? ? The app updates so far proved to be worthless, while my plea in a review form tends to be deleted by the developer’s requests to Apple. P.S. Please bring back the previous white app icon background.

sketchy pricing for paid subscribers

Falsely lures subscribers with iOS pricing promises that they won’t honor. Extremely disappointed with their tech support and paid subscriptions. We’ve been using the free version of Hootsuite for years, loved it, and recently decided to upgrade to a paid plan (so that we could add more social accounts). You’d think becoming a revenue stream for them would be an easy process. Nope!! The upgrade via the traditional iPhone subscription method seemed to work: I got a confirmation email from Apple that said it went through. Unfortunately I was not seeing the expanded upgrade options when I logged into my Hootsuite account, neither on iOS nor by desktop browser. There’s nobody to phone for help: you have to email or tweet, and then wait. I opted for a direct message on Twitter. The “Hootsuite helper” told me that this was a generalized issue that was being investigated by their tier 2 support and that a support ticket was being made. Their proposed solution? Cancel my iOS subscription and subscribe from a desktop browser instead. Trouble is, desktop monthly is $45 while desktop iOS is $28.99. Ridiculous that I have to pay that much more per month because you can’t fix this issue. Annual is no better: desktop is $348, iOS is $229. Don’t falsely lure people with iOS pricing promises that you won’t honor in a desktop environment.

Okay

Works ok for the most part. Very annoying that you have to crop images before being able to queue them, half of the time you aren’t aware until after your post failed to post. Instagram doesn’t require you to crop and allows you to post bigger than the standard square ratio.

Obsessed!

Very intuitive and easy to use especially the desktop version. Every business and content creator needs this. It’s a God-send for scheduling posts, keeping up with trending topics and so much more!

The new update keeps crashing

Dudet with this app!

Updated the app and now it keeps quitting every other time I open it. Extremely frustrated.

Crashing

$300/yr that is nuts!

Great Post Scheduler, Horrible Developers

indy360

Hootsuite has helped make my posting easier for my fan page for over a year. However, it seems like every other month, Hootsuite continues to break their app and in doing so, makes it sometimes unbearable and more of a headache than to just post it my content on each separate social media app. The support is great, but it takes them way too long to fix the reported errors. I am considering moving to Buffer where I hope there developers are better at not publishing app updates that are broken.

Garbage

RilesFYF

garbage, says it published a post to IG but DID NOT. screwed me up. literally did not do the thing it was designed for. also IG post options are limited, no tagging system in posts or on photos, no multiple photos/swipe. better off saving a draft on IG and setting an alarm if u can. off to find a different app...
