I had issues on my laptop but now that I am using my IPhone it's the most amazing app I get to see my son close up almost like being right with him the sound and video are the best so happy to have found this app highly recommend for anyone with love ones in lock up and not to mention if they don't answer you can still leave a message so they know you called another amazing feature

Super awesome to use if you use the app. The website doesn't work. I love the app, but I really wish they could add in a way to leave messages through the app. I don't have a computer/laptop and I can't leave messages through the website because there's no plugins on phones/iPads, etc., it would be so helpful for when I need to tell him something but he can't get on Homewav to chat.
Good idea but needs work

This app locks up on me often. It is erratic in its behavior- one day it logs me out by itself constantly and another day it works properly. Very glitchy. On the days it continues to log me offline I have to maneuver between pages to constantly check on my own status or the person on the other end will see me as "not logged in / unavailable". Tedious and inconsistent.
Expensive but worth it

We loved this app! It kept us in constant contact and he had a chance to be apart of daily life.

I recently purchased minutes to my account and I can't send a video message. A refund cost 7.50 which is outrageous. Since I can't use the app. It was working fine one day. All of a sudden it doesn't work. Please fix.

I don't care for the home wave by it's self because the reception is crappy on either their side or yours. But what we do is when he can see I'm on line he calls me. The finds for phone calls come from another two app... inmate canteen.
