Not a good thing unless your inmate is in a few months or more! Processing fee for a refund is $7.50 minimum purchase is $10.99. Robbery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They get you for so much money by randomly disconnecting the call for no reason and it lags so bad that you can barely even have a conversation. Their customer service is usually pretty good at crediting accounts but they never really solve the problem. They try to tell you that it’s because you’re not on Wi-Fi but even when you are you have the same problems. It’s crazy how you spend so much money trying to talk to a loved one and you can’t even do that over half the time....

I Love This App!! It Made visiting so easy and simple especially since the county jail here in our town on site visiting was shut down. I haven't seen my boyfriend for 3 weeks because of that and this app just made it that easy to visit!! Thanks Homewav!!!
