This app is terrible. It constantly kicks me out of it, saying the session has expired and I need to log in again. Like every 10 seconds it does this, making it near impossible to even utilize it. If I do manage to stay in, it keeps sending annoying disruptive messages every 2 seconds (so and so is available!), to the point that I can’t get through the app anyway. Between all this, I’ve gotten to send a video only a small percentage of the time that I’ve tried. Terrible.
This app is ridiculous!!!

It keeps freezing and they take your minutes while the video is trying to connect.

It would be good if I could answer a call without it being length wise. I literally have to use my pinky to get as low on the screen as possible and just start tapping until it opens.

If this were a competition I imagine the developers would strive to improved he app but you have no choice if you want to see them while you talk. Like most things these days the developers/ designers never use or try their creations. Most of the time the video freezes. Sometimes the call will drop. You need to log in continuously. What’s with the app not remembering my user name this is one of the most basic things a app should be able to handle. You can only use it in one orientation, if you flip your device over the app isn’t even aware, another basic function this app is unable to do. Money wise they must be sons of politicians or big businesses reaching into our pockets and grabbing as much $$$$$$ as possible. I would give it zero stars but it won’t let me do that. After reading other reviews it’s oblivious the developers don’t give a #@$& about their work. I’m out.

I imagine that this would be a great app if you ever got to login and talk to the person you downloaded it for. I’ve had for 2 weeks and have yet to actually make a successful connection... 2 thumbs down

It just acts dumb, like I get all the way to recording and it just says 60 second remind and switch to a white screen and then back to the camera so I’m not shut what’s up but it’s not working

Doesn’t update on inmates for a week and my screen goes sideways since I last updated and doesn’t give all my options which is frustrating. Please fix the bugs
