I absolutely love this app! Sure it's subject to occasional lagging, just as any wifi connection can be. But overall I give it an A+. Great way to keep in touch with your loved ones you cannot see in person. This is a much needed app!

It's a pretty good app, some freezing and difficulty staying logged in, but overall very convenient as you ca talk to your loved one pretty much at any time. I do wish there was a way to initiate the call or at least notify them your logged on.

The ipad app works better than the PC version of the service. The camera and vid screen placement is better suited for a conversation. However, I wish the app could be used to send video messages too.
It doesn't work
The pested
After paying for minutes, the app has never shown me logged in with the jail. I called Homewav, got no answer or return call. I called the jail and they say I don't show as logged in. I have tried with a PC, an iPhone, and an iPad.

This app says person is not available. But from their side says I'm not available. There are no menus only the status page. Nothing is active.
The app is crap

It continuously crashes. It's only worked right once. I've tried deleting it and redownloading it. There's no customer service. Calls are forwarded to a cell phone and nobody returns the emails. There's no point in downloading this; it'll make you even angrier at the system after you've put money on someone's account and can't get any type of return for your money.
