There has been a recent trend of jails getting rid of physical visitations entirely in favor of video ones using apps such as this. If you’re here downloading this app, you likely have no other choice to talk to your incarcerated loved one. As such, the company has the power to make their service as poorly functioning as they please, and they absolutely take advantage of that. Frequently dropped calls, expensive rates, overall taking advantage of people in a tragic situation. Horrific that they can get away with it.

This is the sort of thing that Trump loves to handle. Each one of us from our states, im in Arkansas trying to talk to inmate in Georgia. We need to let him know about the marketing they do to take advantage of the one on the outside! Not to mention if they give then an aspirin they take 15.00 off their account! This feeding them at 4:30, grown men get angry when hungary. Again wanting you to provide food for them. Look i know they are in jail and not the Hyatt, but marketing the phone situation just to make money, well guess what,, thats a crime! So we see the problem, we got to fix it!

Definitely needs improvement.

I like that they have this option. I have two kids so it’s not easy to just pack up. But it’s so laggy. And it keeps taking your money even when you can’t hear the person you’re taking too. They also have sent me quite a few video messages and taken a dollar for each one but I never received my message? That also bothers me quite a bit.

I tried to correct my state now I’m pending all over again and tomorrow’s Christmas Eve they say they can’t do nothing about it and I already been approved so I don’t see why not...

This ain’t bad at all you pay 10 dollars and get to talk for like two or three weeks FaceTime and text is a good way to save money better then the tiger correctional services everyone that is wanting to contact someone there jail I’d advice you to go through the homewav you can down load the app on your phone pay $10 and your good to go!

Good way to visit

missing my son

I have to drive 4-5 hours to visit my son only one day a week for 1 hour. Very difficult to go that route. However with the video chat it’s slow at times and a little delayed. But a lot cheaper than the drive for 1 hour visit. I am much happier dealing with it this way vs. driving to jail.. also much cheaper than calling on phone

Trouble with audio & video

I could not get audio for anything I tried from my computer. The video would freeze, also. Paid money for nothing. I see now why they have 2 stars. Anyone know a different video company to Chickasha, Grady County, OK?

I appreciate the gesture of getting to visit with my family and getting to see them and know that they are doing OK while they are incarcerated it relieves my mind and my heart to get to see and talk to them I am thankful for the app. I think there needs to be more instructions for the inmates on how to use the products that they have in the system some inmates do not have a clue on what to do.
