The app would be so much more useful if you could search for what’s available instead of picking week after week to see nothing is available
Great except for double bookings

Overall the app has been great except the last two times I used it to book a stay it double booked my reservation and double charged me the booking fee. Both times I had to call Club to cancel the duplicate and get reimbursed for the double booking fee. Club customer service was wonderful but it would be even better to be able to use the app and not have to call them.

I’ve been able to log in to my account via the web but when it comes to the app it keeps telling me my password of email doesn’t match .
Love the updated App until it stopped working

The app updates were a pleasant surprise. However, there needs to be a app update for performance/bugs. Every time I select resorts within the App is shuts the app down.

The app AND the website are incredibly annoying, featuring only 1 photo on the app and only FOUR photos on the website

Room not ready, check in at 4pm and time was 5pm , whole hour later, why do they have to lie to the customer, the lady next to me was up there 3 times to see if her room was ready yet, seem like nobodies room was ready, just another ploy by hilton grand vacation club
