Pleading for change
The app is slow and often freezes when loading a hotel. I expect better from Hilton.
Seemed to stop working.

The initial screen pops, somewhat slowly, but whenever you pick a specific resort, it just hangs. Not sure what changes were made, but it use to work just fine.

Only because I can't do 0 stars. Let me search by area. Let me see the properties in an area. Let me see the amenities easily. I would like to be able to book 2 rooms at a time. I have points and would like to use them. This crappy app makes it so difficult

Although I was able to log in using my account, the things that can be done from within the app is very limited. There many of the screens just don't load and it looks like there is no capability to schedule a trip. A completely pointless app. Deleting it now.
