I hate that I purchased Hilton grand vacations in n club. It’s terrible! Buyer beware!

The app used to be “okay” but after the recent update, I haven’t been able to log in at all. It constantly says “an unknown error has occurred.” Now that you’re aware, please fix it!!

I’m unable to see the dates that are available at the resort like I can on the website.

Convenient, but a very slow app. It deletes saved information and just needs work on the overall process. Glad I was able to book though!

Updated app but app didn’t have the new updates claimed so I deleted app and reinstalled it and now the app will not open!! I press it and then the app crashes!! Based on others reviews it’s been happening to others but no resolve yet. Please fix, I have a vacation planned and can’t use app to plan ahead...

We had a wonderful time. The staff could not have been nicer. Clean and neat, a beautiful view of the ocean. Easy access to everything. Checking in and out was a breeze. We did not want to go home ? Thank you the the entire staff for a great week with the family ! Arthur & Gwen Gilliam
