This is a really great app that has all the information that you need but I really wish there was a way to save your debit/credit card and not have to re-enter it everytime.

The booking fee is really ridiculous— I have 60 points left in my account for 2019. I should’ve able to use them for the booking fee. Instead I have to roll them over at a cost of $108 and then I have to pay a booking fee on top of that.

Filters do not work well. Bookings often glitch out or end up with multiple reservations. Website is much better

Just became HGV members. First time using the club members benefits. This is amazing! Facility and rooms are spectacular! Thank you for allowing us to become members!
Worst Booking Experience

@Hilton When you sell timeshares you should be transparent about how very few properties are available for booking & the fact that you eliminate an already limited set of properties without any input from the shareholders. you should consider hiring a different app developer next time. There’s very little thought placed into the app experience. - Flexible dates feature is anything but flexible. It forces you to pick a date. Doesn’t let you see resorts by available dates. - Displays Thailand and Indonesia when those locations are no longer part of the portfolio

Does it matter which Hilton resort I stay yet, I always have a great visit, everyone is so pleasing, helpful and very accommodating to whatever you need I have small or big. I’m actually staying this weekend and one of the representatives from Hilton grand vacations, called me from the lobby, and picked up right away I was sick with a massive headache and sinus pressure, she was very accommodating. I love how clean the rooms are, and I never have A complaint with the balcony it’s always clean no clumps of sand and I am always pleased with the kitchen and surprised at how nice the dishes and the cooking where is

Experience & improvements directed me quicker to the places I needed. Rolled points, made two reservations & changed one too. Super stays in Orlando twice.
