I bought my property before the completion of W 57th . I have used the website to select and book vacations many times, I would scan ahead for rooms and dates currently available and set up my vacation accordingly. At one point, there was more than one way Hilton owners could schedule a vacation. Now I must present dates I want first and wait to learn if available If not available, I must resubmit my preferred date and number of days I want over and over until there is a match,. This is a tedious time waster and not consumer friendly.If there is an easier way to make reservations , please let me know.The current process is the worst ever!

Was a decent app but over the last week now I have not been able to book or even search for availability of resorts. Looks like several people are having the issue.

I’ve been trying to use the mobile app for about two weeks, it isn’t working. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and it still isn’t working. PLEASE FIX THE APP

Now it just prevents me from searching and says ‘Something went wrong - try again later’ This is not helpful at all. I can no longer search without logging in to the website from a computer and that is something that I rarely have time to do.

After most recent iOS update the app crashes at the point of selecting dates and looking for a availability. I have used the app successfully for many reservations and use it on a daily basis to search for potential trips and it has worked flawlessly until now! Please Fix!

“Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later.” Later seems to mean forever. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. The help is just a slide show of how to use the app with no contact information.
