Love it! But it would have been great to give owners the option of using the saved points from the following year or not

The website version makes it very clear with the sliding scale when comparing available rooms with your points. In the app it just tells you “0 rooms available” if you haven’t selected the right parameters. I never book on the app...what should be a primary purpose is a total flop.

App is useless

Keeps crashing if I try to click anything-can’t even get to my dashboard anymore. Won’t work on Mobil device or tablet. Don’t bother installing app, just use a desktop.

Had 5000 bonus points to be used by April 6, 2019 and 1600 2019 Points. Reservation in NYC for 2 nights was 5040 Points. Can’t book it because your not allowed to use ALL of your available points. Not cool.

The app does not provide some basic expected functionality for similar apps.! There is not a provision to add a reservation to your calendar or to add it to your wallet. There’s not a provision to email your itinerary or reservation to yourself or anyone else. You can email a link to someone for a “look at the resort I’m staying at” but that’s it. These are functions that the Hilton Honors app and similar apps all have.

Even the simplest things don’t work. Only operates in portrait mode on the iPad. When trying to select a date for a reservation, the top two months are covered up by the prosperity information and can’t be selected. Every time I try to make a reservation I have to haul out the MacBook to do it because the app is basically useless.
