Beautiful but broken

This app looks great but when I try and check availability of resorts it locks up. Frustrating.

I have spent the better part of two hours just trying to check availability. Won't let you go back to play with availability dates and it locks up. This needed much more work before it should have been released.

This app was working fine, lately I keep getting the error when searching. When it works it's OK. Hopefully someone will fix!

Trying to become a HGV customer, password reset does not work, does not recognize customer and screen if fixed in portrait mode.

Database error. Fails to launch app after latest update on 2/28/17.
New app, becoming robust

HGV is been working on their site and their app and it shows. The new site brought back the points calendar view and I hope the app will have this feature soon.

The app still needs a few features. 1- I use it on my iPad but there is no landscape mode. 2- Trying to edit a review causes the app to shut down. Actually the app has shut down several times just moving around. 3- Not sure if the app was meant to change or make reservation. If it is, I have no idea how to do it. Not very intuitive.
