I love this app. I've had it for less than 30 minutes and I did one session of the 10 day schedule thing, and I instantly felt completely free. I felt like I didn't have to worry about anything anymore and everything is going to go relatively smoothly. I've been stressed out with everyday things lately and this helped a ton!! The man's voice is beautiful and very comforting/ relaxing. I do my sessions at night relatively before I go to bed and it puts me in a great restful "position" or mood. It's truly mind blowing to me how well this worked! I was skeptical but it works wonders. This app is awesome - do I dare say it? - awesome sauce? seriously though, if you're looking for a mediating app this is the one to get!!

So I have to surrender all of my information- what's my carrot- a "10 day limited 'free subscription'". Wait, so for all my personal information (which as an I.M. I always valued at $10 at least) I get a limited-limited trial before I can even see your program? How are people rating this positively? Do you have no sense of self value? If you want to shell out for value, a cheaper option is Holosync, or Life flow or something else...

Wonderful for daily meditation, especially for those who have little time during the day! The sessions are short but very immersive! The only thing I wish is that subscription was a bit cheaper for me (I'm a starving student lol). I love how much work the app developer(s) put into this. The little animations are unique, creative, and very enjoyable!

I've tried a few different meditation apps and this one is my absolute favorite. The voice is very soothing and I find that the guidance is very helpful. I'm still pretty new to my meditation practice and this is very helpful to get my mind to quiet down.

I'm on day 5 of the 10 day challenge. In reality it's day 10 I think. It took me a couple of days to get the routine down in the beginning. I plan to report back once it's a real habit,but for now enjoying the basics. It's 10 minutes out of my morning that I actually look forward to! Also has helped me get a routine going! Thank you headspace :)
