This is a great app to assist in meditating for beginners. The guided practices are helpful if you don't know where to start or how to start in meditation. It's also very easy to use and I believe there are practices for non beginners. Looking forward to continuing with headspace.

I was hesitant to subscribe, to add guidance to my meditation practice which I had been following for about three years by simply focusing on my breath. Headspace provided me with a bit of freshness. I still like to sit without headspace sometimes. Sometimes though, headspace gives me a little focus like a shaking it out in the brain when I get a little mentally stiff.

This is the first meditation app that inspires me everyday to exercise the mind. It is helping me to become more aware of my mind and its thoughts. It is assisting me in fighting anxiety with hints and guided sessions that are a joy to follow. I’m very happy with Headspace!

Only meditation app I’ve actually looked forward to using! Great narrator for the educational pieces, cool videos and they set realistic expectations which takes the stress and pressure out of learning how to meditate.

I love this app. It frequently pauses spontaneously though which really disrupts the experience. Please fix that and I’ll give it 5 stars.

The app doesn't make it very complicated yet does the job. Really nice guided meditation lessons so far.

I’ve only used this twice but so far it’s worked great!! I like the guys voice. I like that there are many meditations to choose from from 1 min to 60 min. I saw an ad for it on YouTube and then saw it in the App Store and I was actually drawn in by the cartoon characters it made me feel mediation didn’t have to be super serious. Highly recommend!

As a student of psychology who has worked closely with a professor on mindfulness benefits and student outcomes, I have learned the true necessity of learning to be mindful. This app is amazing at teaching those methods with insight and ease.
