Grate product. It helps my daughter to sleep better without interruptions . I love the fact that I can control the sound machine from my phone, all the features are amazing. It helped me to reduce my anxiety levels as well. The rain sound it’s very relaxing. 100% recommended .
We can share a bedroom, but not our Hatch

It’s extremely frustrating that we can share a bed and a bedroom, but not access to the light/clock. Also, there is no easy way to recover a lost/forgotten password. These two features have made this a frustrating purchase. I’m not a fan

The app nor the hatch rest work. 1/10 do not recommend. As a new parent, this has frustrated me more than it has ever helped.
Can’t toggle between multiple devices

I have two Hatch Rest is two separate rooms. I do not see any option in the app the toggle between the two devices without having to close the app and then reopen which takes a long time. Also, lately, the whole app has been glitching and disconnecting completely from both devices... not a seamless application at all. The actual devices are fine as I am not picky about the sounds and lights but the integration with the app makes the experience not enjoyable.

app is slow to open on both my phone and my husbands. every time you aren’t in the app and you want to go back in, you have to wait about 15 seconds before you can get into the app and make any adjustments. pretty annoying.

App feature is very cool but it times out all the time which is very frustrating as a mom who is trying to set up a program and move on. Please fix the bugs!

Such a life saver. My baby (and me lol) sleeps thru out the night. Must have !!! And a very nice night light as a bonus.

All the time. It takes forever to load, especially when you really need it. I love the product, but the app needs work.
