Best Sound Machine and App!

I just had a baby four weeks ago. The Hatch sound machine and App have been a game changer for our little one. The sounds lull him right to sleep!

So far I love this! Really helps me keep my bedtime routine in check and I can change it up if I feel I need to. Two suggestions: 1) Id love to be able to customize a wake up routine just like I can customize a bed time routine. Right now, as far as I know, you can only add an alarm for the AM. Would be great to be able to go from alarm to meditation. 2) please let us search for the sound we want to use. I swear when I first got this I saw guided yoga sounds but now I just cannot seem to find it. Other than that would highly recommend this product and app! Also wish the 1 year subscription was not as expensive as it is after the 6 month trial, considering by that the clock itself was fairly expensive.

I despise this app and the fact that it makes me reconnect every single time I go into it. It will not run connected in the background and half the time when it’s trying to connect it tells me it’s unable to, esp when I’m using the monitor. Oh, and when you’re using the monitor it will just disconnect without you realizing so your baby could be crying alone for go knows how long (this happened to me).

Gentle wake up, clunky app

Love waking up to the gentle “sunrise”, but the app is clunky. Not sure why it takes so many taps to simply change the time. The devise failed to work one morning, appears to did not sync with the app. I’ll alway set a back up alarm on my phone when I have a critical time to wake up. Needing to subscribe for additional sounds is disappointing.

We have been using the hatch baby for a couple of days already and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I do have a request, is there any way the you can dim the light or sound over time when the programs come on or off. It is very abrupt and my son sometime wakes up crying because the change is so abrupt. So if you could dim the light/sound on or off and you get to choose the time that it takes to do that. Also, is there any way that you could do that from the ring as well, like if you take you finger across the circle it will dim it? I know this are hard requests but that would actually make this product PERFECT!

The app itself is Pretty good but I hate how long it takes the features to load EACH TIME. I feel like I could walk around the block 2x while waiting for this stupid app to load. Obviously I’m frustrated ?

HomeKit integration

Disappointed there’s no HomeKit integration. Also, if looking to purchase, why not just get a HomePod mini and do way more?

We got the rest for our son, and it drastically changed his sleep/nap routine. It helps him stay asleep and fall asleep faster. If there’s one thing I recommend, it’s this machine! I do wish that we could play our own music, but I can see why that isn’t enabled :)
