App takes so long to load, wish the hatch had buttons easy to access for middle of the night feeding instead.

We love this app and machine for so many reasons. Since moving our two kids into the same room we use the sound machine for ourselves now as well. I would like to request one feature. It would be awesome to be able to choose an option to transition the sound that’d currently on to turn off gradually as a fade either into silence or into the next sound in the program. As is now it feels very abrupt and that’s fine for some situations but it also would be great to have the fade option available for other situations.

Have had for a few months no issue but now can’t use it at all, app will not let me in no matter what I try to hit, just says “request timed out”.. now I have a very expensive paperweight and I haven’t even had it six months

The Rest Hatch is absolutely amazing, so is the Hatch app. The app is easy to navigate and I love that you can control the product right from your phone! It’s easy to use, the sound quality is fantastic, and I’m in awe at how well it helps my son sleep! Wonderful product.

Bought the Hatch Restore on Prime Day and it just wont connect. Tried all the troubleshooting techniques and it won’t connect. Super bummed as I heard great things.

The sound machine is fine but you need the app to operate and the app is a disaster. It rarely connects to the machine in the middle of the night while my baby is crying and I need light, causing stress for both of us. It’s constantly asking for updates in the middle of the night while I’m half asleep trying to get my baby fed. The program function is so unintuitive I can’t figure out how to use it and I make apps for a living. This is not due to user error trust me. I use plenty of Bluetooth enabled apps and I’m appalled at how bad this one is!

We have had our hatch for over a year now and my son loves it! He loves the different sounds and that he can chose the color of the night light on the app. I love that I can set the alarms and programs on my phone too. The company is great. My hatch was having issues and they are sending me a new one for free! I suggest this product to all moms!

The Hatch Rest itself is pretty nice, and the concept is great, having the light/sound machine combo. However the App is just plain terrible. The app has to reconnect via wifi every time you open it, even with the auto-connect feature turned on. Connecting takes too long, especially given the simplicity of the UI. I’d suggest a different system all together or get used to not bothering with the App.

I have loved the hatch and got one when my next son was born because my older son still uses his. And I have recommended this to many new moms. Recently, I have had a lot of issues with the app. I’m unable to turn the machine on from my phone. I lose connection to one or both of them while in the app. I can’t get the programs to work etc. I have had the hatch and app for over 2 years and this is the first time I have had issues with it. Please fix!!
