Great product but the app is atrocious. It crashes anytime you add/edit/look at it funny.

All it is good for is a noise sound machine and a clock if you want it on. The App is terrible. Can’t even listen to possible sounds that you might like. And it’s so hard to get the thing to turn ON when I’m ready to go to sleep!!!!!!!! I have to tap, tap,Tap and hold hold hold. After 15 minutes and unplugging it finally comes on. I would just buy a sound machine if that’s all you need. I wish you could just turn this device on via the APP from my phone!

App is easy to use and it works. My *wish* is that it would sync with the Calm app or give us the option to play our own music. There’s only a few sounds I like and that can be frustrating.

I love my Hatch but am at a point where I’m considering replacing it with something else. To make such a costly alarm clock largely dependent on a paid membership - which I have! - and then have that library of sounds be as limited as this is such a waste of the device’s otherwise great features. The app works fine and all, but the service behind it is not really worth the fee unless Hatch expands their library. Like, come on, guys.

Many of your programs are only one minute or two minutes or five minutes. So how does one sleep when they have to keep checking on a new song or mediation? Also there’s only two narrators I’d like to see more. Lastly your sleep stories are hard to follow and need a slower calmer narration. I completely agree. Need longer meditations and music!! The narrators for the sleep stories are not calming. There Are only two choices David, and Hillary

I received the Hatch Restore as a Christmas present and was actually excited. The problems started right away as it took close to an hour to set up as the machine had trouble finding my WiFi then kept disconnecting and then refusing to take my information on the app. Once set up, I realized I had to manually tap the alarm to start the sleep process, a bit of a pain but OK. The issue is the sunrise alarm. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t have no idea if it will work on a day to day basis. It’s kind of a pity because when it does work it’s actually nice.

Easy to use and connect to the device. Only gets 3 stars as the $50 a year charge for the hatch plus or whatever it’s called is a rip off. A few extra sleep sounds and a host of terrible sleep stories. You’re better off connecting to the device and leaving a 30 minute gap in your sleep routine and using the calm app (which is cheaper and has much better sleep stories/ meditations etc) for your sleep story needs

the Help section is not helpful. I received this device for Christmas and have yet to figure out how it works to help me sleep other than notifying me when to get ready for sleep and changing colors based on the steps. Intertwining the benefits of a Hatch membership remains a mystery
