Super glitchy

I don’t know if it’s a new update or something but my app/restore has been super glitchy lately. It jumps around my bedtime routine, like sometimes I’ll wake up because it goes back to my reading light. Or it’ll stay stuck on one part of the routine for longer even though it’s only 30 min. Also, I have to set additional alarms on my phone because I’ll wake up and it turns out my hatch alarm disappeared on my app. All of this didn’t use to happen before so I don’t know what’s going on.

This app has gotten me to sleep like a baby after endless nights of tossing and turning it has gotten me to fall asleep immediately and wake up refreshed and ready for a new day!
Add more sleep stories and variety

I like the Hatch, especially as an alarm in the morning, but I won’t repurchase the app until more variety is added, specifically sleep stories and sleep meditation. You can only listen to them all so many times, and for a paid app, variety should be added. The sleep stories are the most effective with helping me fall asleep, however after listening to the same stories over and over, they aren’t effective any longer. Please add some variety - change things up once a month or something.

Received this as a gift, hard to set up and operate. Tried to reach out for help and support for product is weak. Not very intuitive friendly to operate and based on experience so far the cost to buy a membership was a waste of $!

As a mother i love this because my baby sleeps with all the sounds and I even enjoy them too! Great variety of colors and I also get to set it for a timer or even for certain days. I’m lucky to have been gifted this! BUY it don’t second guess if your baby loves to sleep with sound or with a night light!

Screen wake battery drain

I love my hatch, but the app can be frustrating. I hate that it prevents the screen from turning off unless you either close the app or manually click to turn your screen off. Last night I adjusted the hatch and slid my phone back under my pillow only to wake up this morning to my phone nearly dead because the screen was on all night because I didn’t exit out of the app. I haven’t found any way to turn this off and it’s a pain. Would love to see that fixed.
