Worst customer service possible

I have been emailing them for 6 hours to try and get the correct service. This app is a flop. A scam and an inconvenience. I am livid. Deleting the app. Posting this review on all my socials.

This service is overpriced and a complete waste. There is no one to help coordinate or make sure someone actually comes to your apartment. The cleaners themselves do a good job, despite the quality being a bit inconsistent - but the real problem is the management and platform. Do yourself a favor and never even download.

We enjoy the Handy app as we can book and communicate with our Pro Team at any time. We have odd working hours and are not always available to speak to someone personally on the phone so this works well for us. We like being able to give honest responses to the job done.

My god this is the worst- they have set appointments and unilaterally canceled them without exception for a month. When they reset the appointment schedule there is no consultation - just sorry medical issue, called out or some other excuse- and see you on such and such random day at 9. They have no idea what our schedule might be, although no one has yet shown up. When you want to cancel or just get them to stop the charade, you will have to pay $99. Don’t use this APP.

I ordered cleaners for my house which I pad 120 bucks for and they cancelled never arrived and I never got my money back. It’s been months like are you stupid. Don’t download or use this app, it’s garbage and a joke
